Lakeview PTSA Family Directory

All Lakeview families are invited to add their information to the PTSA’s family directory.  If you’d like to become a PTSA member, click here to learn about member benefits and join the PTSA.

As of Fall 2019, our PTSA Family directory has migrated to a new membership tool required by the WA state PTA.  One major change to the directory this year is that you will be able to find a friend by searching a family last night, but not searching for a student by name.  Class and student information will still be available through the paper directory which will be distributed in late fall.  By default, families will be included in the paper directory unless they have opted out with either the district via edited preferences on the directory form when they sign up for membership.

This directory is provided for the private use of Lakeview Elementary families ONLY. Under NO circumstances is the directory information to be used for sales, solicitations, or any other commercial purpose.

Here are some helpful tips and answers to Frequently Asked Questions about the Directory.

How do I search for a family?

To edit your family’s information in the directory, you need to log in (top right!) and select your name at the top of the page.

Once in the tool, select Directory from left nav, click on Lakeview PTSA box,  then search for the family in the search box.

How do I add my family?

Click here to add your family to the directory. Please note that you must provide your email address in order to access the directory or edit your family information.

• Make sure to add your student(s), including their grade(s) and teacher(s).
• Update your “Directory Options” so that you and your family’s information is included in the directory.

How do I edit my family details?

To edit your family’s information in the directory, you need to log in (top right!) and select your name at the top of the page.

Once in the tool, select Home from left nav, click on the Lakeview Student Directory box,  then edit or input your family’s information into the pop up form. .

I can’t find Lucy Leopard or my family in the directory!

First, ensure you are searching for a family name, not a student name only.  You can help our search results return correctly by double-checking your family details, and encouraging other families to do the same!
